In order to have your works published on www.Web4Arists.com you have to provide the following items:
Application form including your contact information
Images of the works you want to publish
Artist biography and statement (optional)
Curriculum / Resume (optional)
Galleries where your art can be seen; art shows and other events you attended or plan to attend (optional)
Press reviews about you and your art (optional)
Personal links (websites) you want included on your pages (optional)
The initial payment (if you selected a paid plan - Gold or Silver)
There are four ways to submit any of the items above:
Apply Online
As a first step, fill the online application form.
Once you click the button Submit your account is created instantly.
You can then login at anytime into your account to add or modify images and documents.
If you selected a paid portfolio (Gold or Silver) you may want to pay us online via PayPal.
Apply by Email
Download this MS Word document, fill it with your information, then email it to us together with the images (format jpg, gif, bmp) of your works and any other item from the list above.
You may attach all these files to a single email message or send several messages, each having 1 or 2 documents attached (and a smaller size)
You may still want to fill the online application form, so we can prepare in advance your account.
Apply by Letter
Download and print any of these two forms (MS Word DOC or Adobe PDF), fill it and sign it.
Send it to our mailing address together with photographs of the works you want published and any document about you from the list above. If you want, you may include the images and the documents on a CD.

Copy from Existing Website
We can put together, on Web4Artists.com, images and texts about you and your work currently published on other internet sites. We need only your written authorization to do this.
We prefer a signed form (download the MS Word DOC or Adobe PDF, print it, fill and sign it, then send it to our mailing address) but we'll initiate the process if you just fill the online application form.
Please don't forget to mention the name of the website where your information can be found.
Important
For any of the mentioned application methods, the only item we prefer to receive as a printed and signed paper is the application form. Having it signed by you will confirm that you allow Web4Artists.com to publish your works on the Internet.
